Deep stretch is the difference between a big yogi and a little yogi. The deeper you can go with YIN, the stronger you become in all styles of yoga. This class is a combination of YIN, held stretches, and movement stretches that lengthen and elongate from top to bottom and side to side. We will dig deep in the core to find the maximal length, elongation, and expansion possible. Through slow movement stretches, and help stretches, we will balance out the nervous system, the digestive system, and balance the mind.
