Yoga can be frustrating and sometimes even painful as we are aging or maybe we find ourselves in a injured body. With a little insight of Anatomy and Physiology of the body, (with a focus on the spine) you can learn why you should implement a few skills in your practice plus understand why you should avoid some potentially harmful things. I believe you can continue to work at a 1-2 level with some helpful insights. We will first learn and discuss the spine. Then we will have a workshop practicing these skills. We will do the class with focus on the spine.
