Arm Balances are a great way to not only build strength, coordination and body awareness but also add a little fun into your yoga practice!
This will be an All-Levels workshop dedicated to creating a strong foundation. We will take our time exploring the proper alignment for the hands, shoulders, head and neck. Including, but not limited to: Crow/Crane, Side Crow, Koundinyasana, Headstand & Forearm Balance (Pincha). No experience required. Great for new and old students or anyone looking to learn more about Arm Balances.
This will be a closed workshop with a max of 20 students. It will be a relaxed and comfortable environment and a lot of individual attention/feedback will be given.
