(Phase 1-Basic Yoga Poses)
Come learn how to functionally align YOUR body in the basic poses you will see in a regular yoga class. Including, but not limited to: Side Angle, Crescent, Warrior 1, Warrior 2, Cobra, Triangle. A great workshop for not only new students, but the perfect refresher for old students or anyone looking get personal feedback/direction in their Asana(poses) practice. This will be a light, casual environment in which we will break down specific poses so we can discuss and experiment with the physicality.
Cost: 20. pre-registration, $25. day of
Space will be limited to 15 students.
