Karen is leading a Yin sequence to prepare the body for this exciting event. Tap into your quieter side by breathing through long seated holds to target deep releases in the body to help you on your way to achieving your best on race day. Focusing on the hips, legs, ankles and back, you will learn poses to help you prepare and recover for your big day.
Come, relax the pre-race jittters, and unwind while you release any extra tension (emotional or physical) that might be holding you back. Your hip flexors, quads, hammies, and calves will thank you and we’ll quiet any nervousness and harness that energy with motivation, love and joy.
