Class Focus: YIN – Science and Anatomy of YIN.
45 minute lecture with 45 minute practice
Seated poses held for 2-3 minutes at a time. Yin incorporates long holds and deep stretching floor postures to help increase mobility throughout muscle ligaments, tendons and fascia.
This is not a flow or Vinyasa style class, which may sound easy, for many it can be one of the greatest mental challenges ever experienced in yoga and will absolutely make students stronger in every sense.
