Intermediate/Advanced Handstands with Brennan

11:30 – 12:45pm – Handstands for Intermediate/Advanced Students, cost $20

This workshop is designed for students who wish to possess a deeper understanding of handstands and more advanced variations such as presses, hollowback, and even a one arm handstand! Being able to hold a handstand for at least 30 seconds on the wall is advised but by no means necessary before taking this workshop.
