Valarie Booth

Meet Valarie. She makes her classes approachable with upbeat playlists, fun-loving vibe, and plenty of options to modify poses.  Don’t be fooled though—Valarie will help you find your edge and challenge you to let go of expectation.

Valarie was first introduced to yoga in 2002, where she quickly learned that yoga was so much more than a physical practice. Valarie’s desire to envelop herself in a strong yoga practice only increased over the years. In 2014, Valarie enrolled in Travis Eliot’s and Daniel Head’s 200-hour yoga teacher-training program. During her training, Valarie’s love for consistent yoga practice and its therapeutic rejuvenation inspired her to teach yoga to others. After earning her MBA in 2016, Valarie left her corporate job and devoted herself full time to share her love of yoga. Valarie inspires her students to create their own personal practice and become mindfully present.

Valarie teaches throughout the Inland Empire with classes ranging from Vinyasa flow, power yoga, yin, senior citizen yoga, children’s yoga, and more.  When she is away from her mat, you’ll likely find her at a coffee shop, rock climbing, camping, watching basketball, hanging out with loved ones, or cooking… sometimes most of these things at once!

Valarie is available for private sessions. Please call the studio to book an appointment
