The workshop will start off with a discussion of anatomy and physiology of the spine and causes of back pain.
We will then warm up and have a hands-on demonstration to show improvement of techniques to lessen risk of injury and worsening of already herniated discs and sciatica. Then tips and tricks to ease mobility to make vinyasa flow easier for the chronic back pain yogi’s.
We will have 1 Hour Vinyasa flow with a great music, ending with hands on gentle spinal release and meditation essential oil. A total of two hours.
