Yoga for Sciatica: A yin class designed for those that suffer from sciatica as associated with piriformis syndrome. We will cover the basic yin postures to keep the piriformis healthy as well as poses to do while in sciatic pain (oddly the postures are different). Hands on adjustments and one on one attention to workshop your most effective hip and gluteal stretches. Each participant will receive a lacrosse ball and learn different ways to use the ball for comfort.
