Join Insight LA’s Ava Stanton for a three hour workshop and learn how to be less hard on yourself, manage your inner critic and just be kinder to yourself when you need it the most. Based on research done by Chris Germer, PhD and Kristin Neff, PhD it has been shown that self compassion can enhance emotional wellbeing; boost happiness; and reduce stress and depression. This workshop will help you begin to cultivate self compassion using meditation, daily life practices and essential tools for treating yourself in a kind compassionate way whenever your inner critic steps in to remind you how worthless you are. We all have been there.
