Some of our classes have a "Dual-Classroom" option during selected times. Studio B is used as a secondary room, which has live audio including voice and music from studio A. This gives us the versatility of having a different
climate (cooler room temp) for students who do not enjoy a hot room, but still want the teacher that they prefer. This also gives us the option as an overflow room for studio A.
Gentle Beginner: A great class for new students who want a mild class.
Beginner: A great class for students who want a challenge but very approachable.
Yin: Seated poses held for 2-3 minutes at a time. The deepest stretch ever.
Kids yoga 4-7 or 8-11 years old: Children will get to practice yoga in a fun, safe environment. Classes will include basic postures, light hearted transitions and time to play and explore.
For all kids yoga classes we ask that you pre-register you child online. To register online please do the following:
A "Power Style" class with options to modify intensity. This is a blend of power yoga (longer holds) and vinyasa flow yoga (continuous movement). It incorporates smooth transitions of postures while focusing on the breath. Classes can range in tempo and intensity, but always end with deep stretches that balance the body and mind.
A "Power" style class that is for level 1 and level 2 students. A noticeable increase in intensity, yet still approachable for newer students. This is a blend of Power yoga (Long holds) and Vinyasa yoga (continuous movement). These classes can get challenging but it is always recommended to modify poses to fit your bodies mood.
A "Power" style class that is for the experienced yoga student, however; open for any level to attend. It is recommend to take 5-10 Power Vinyasa 1 or 1-2 classes prior to attending this class. Level 2-3 classes are challenging with more options for inversions, handstands and balances. As with every class it can be modified to the student’s own personal needs and circumstances.
The Yoga Room offers private classes for students who want more personal one on one attention. This will enable you to focus of certain areas of your practice and ask questions about postures and alignment. This is a great way to start a yoga practice or to deepen one.
